Get started moving today!
I am very proud to be the 2010 Ambassador for this years' Arthritis Walk.

I am taking on this challenge to make a difference in our community by participating in the Arthritis Walk as part of "Let's Move Together," the Arthritis Foundation's nationwide movement that encourages people to move to prevent or treat arthritis.

I was diagnosed with Ankylosis Spondylitis (AS) when I was 22 years old. By the time I reached the age of 40, I had both hips replaced due to my arthritis.
For those who are close to me, know the day to day challenges I face, so I take on this challenge to raise awareness very personally.

Right now 1 in 5 people suffer from the pain of arthritis and over 300,000 children are affected by some form of arthritis.
By the year 2030, 67 million people in the U.S., or 1 in 4 adults, will be living with arthritis.*

Please join me in this personal journey and help me reach my goal. "Let's Move Together" to improve lives and reduce the pain of arthritis.
